Who Am I

I’m Logan Thomas, an active-duty soldier, real estate investor, and the founder of ValorVest.

I’ve been in your boots — navigating PCS moves, the VA loan process, and the financial stress that comes with military life. After buying property and building my own portfolio with the VA loan, I realized how many of us are left in the dark. ValorVest was built to change that.

  • Yes! You can start with a lower-tier package and upgrade later you’ll just pay the difference. Your progress won’t be lost, and I’ll make sure you’re caught up on any additional tools or access.

  • Consults are done via Zoom or phone call, depending on your preference. After purchase we will find a time together that will work for you. I tailor each and every call to you as an individual and exactly where you’re at in the VA loan process.

  • Not at all. The VA loan can be used for any property and can also be used multiple times. The goal is financial freedom — no matter your experience level.

  • Nope. These packages work for anyone with access to the VA loan including:

    • Active duty military

    • Veterans

    • Reservists and National Guard (if eligible)

    • Surviving spouses (in some cases)
